This box typically contains 10 items each week. Your Veg Box staples include : 1.2 kg potatoes, 600g carrots, 600g onions. we're happy to tailor these to your tastes and preference - let us know if you'd prefer less onions, and more potatoes, no carrots etc. and we'll adapt our box for you. The selection of vegetables in your box will vary throughout the year, reflecting seasonal availability. for example, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and aubergine are features of our boxes in summer whilst leeks, swede, parsnips, squash or garlic are available throughout the winter. You'll usually receive a brassica item in your box each week too (kale,cabbage,cavolo nero, broccoli). We grow a variety of salad leaves and lettuce throughout the whole year, ensuring you a regular supply each week. Herbs like coriander and parsley also make an occasional appearance. You can let us know if there is a particular vegetable that is on your 'No list' and we'll switch it out for something seasonally available - if you have a preference for something in particular, we'll do our best to accommodate your preferences!
